cell phones and GPS?

"Some of the phones have GPS built right in. If so, would it be smarter buy a phone to use the law in my car instead of a set of different GPS unit? In addition, Smart Mobile is a good choice for your phone mobile? Can anyone give me some suggestions good cell phone?

Currently, phones that I realize that contain GPS are the Motorola / Nextel / Mike phones like the i880. The GPS in phones that give the longitude and latitude, no maps or directions.
