The Xerox WorkCentre C20 Printer Cartridge — Creative and Effective For Any Home

In the competitive world of the ever changing desktop copiers and printers, the Xerox company has made sure that their presence is felt and here to stay. The newest of their business class machines is the Xerox WorkCentre C20 printer using Xerox WorkCentre C20 Toner that came out just a few months ago. They are making huge waves in the industry and are proving that Xerox may be the best at what they do.

One thing that we have to give them a hand for is their ease of use. It is very frustrating when no matter how many things a machine can do, you just can’t bring yourself to manage using it. This is not the case with the Xerox WorkCentre Toner. It has been given a design such that if you have been around buttons before you will have no problem figuring out how to operate them.

The second thing I have come to like about the WorkCentre C20 is the speed.  It has been made to have a fast output of about 8 seconds to print or copy one document or sheet of paper. This is also done with both sides printing, not 8 seconds for each, but at the same time.

The default setting of the Xerox WorkCentre C20 printer when it comes to printing and copying the documents is double-sided printing.  It will always do both sides of the document, unless you instruct it differently. This is a very good advantage because you do not have to stand beside it waiting to turn over the paper.

The WorkCentre C20 printer has been fitted with a small internal memory. This will enable you to scan the document you wish to print/copy and have it saved in the memory. You can then remove this original document and still proceed to print/copy as many pages of it as you may need. This I think is very efficient for those offices where maybe you were copying a document that has to be given back to a client or something.

The WorkCentre C20 is fitted with a standard 550 ream paper tray. One can, however, decide to add a second tray that will boost the number of papers this printer can hold.  This means you may push out copies in bulk without interrupting the process to add more paper to finish your printing. The maximum capacity is about 1,500 sheets.

There is another great thing that the C20 has that I really have to mention. It can scan your document straight to your computer and straight to an email that you are trying to send. You do not have to go through a million processes just to send your document as an email. Easy as one, two, three.

Last but not least, we all have to appreciate the Xerox WorkCentre C20 printer for the power save feature. This mode will consume less power when not needed.  For example if you are just doing one copy and then the machine will be idle, then the printer will go into power saver mode. This will drastically bring down your office expenditure when it’s time to pay your electric bill.

And the print quality?  Thanks to the Xerox C20 Toner, it is consistently reliable.  Page after page prints with clarity and sharpness when employing Xerox toner.  Replacement of this consumable is easy when contacting such online companies as Qtoner.  In every way, the Xerox WorkCentre C20 printer performs for you.
